Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim....

Ingat tak cuppies yg saya buat hari tu.....here goes the recipe....amek from here yummilicious

1 1/2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1 1/4 tepung serbaguna (tepung gandum)
1 cawan butter (2 sticks)-room temp.
2 cawan gula (gula castor)
4 biji telur gred A
1 cawan susu segar
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Strawberry filling.

Ayakkan dua tepung tadi. ketepikan.
krimkan butter hingga lembut(dalam 2-3 minutes). masukkan gula n pukul. masukkan telur satu persatu, pukul lagi. masukkan bahan2 kering lain diselang seli ngan susu n vanila. masukkan dalam cups dan bakar 20-25min, 180 celcius.

Aiskrim Tiramisu as easy as ABC



Love Tiramisu (2nd attempt, rupa je lawa, rasa kureeng sikit)



First attempt (rupa tak berapa lawa, tapi sedap ^_^)


Alkisahnya, my office buat majlis makan2 untuk kak sal yg bakal pencen. Diorang kata silalah bawa apa-apa sahaja bagi memeriahkan majlis. Dapat resepi aiskrim tiramisu yg simple dan nampak sedap. Tapi saya ubah sikit resepinya. Boleh klik di sini. So, here goes the recipe:


Bahan-bahan:
Philadelphia Cream Cheese 250gm
Whipped cream (dalam kotak) 1 liter
Granulated sugar 60-100gm
Satu bungkus biskut marie
Sponge fingers (boleh didapati di kedai yg menjual barangan kek)
Bancuhan koko yang pekat(coco powder + air)
Serbuk koko untuk hiasan

Inilah rupa sponge fingers

Cara-cara:
1. Celup sponge fingers dalam bancuhan koko tadi dan susun rapat2 ke dalam bekas sebagai base.
2. Pukul Philadelphia cream cheese dan gula sehingga sebati(guna mixer). Kemudian masukkan whip cream tadi dan pukul sehingga kembang (jadi seperti cream)
3. Celup pula biskut marie dan letak ke tepi dahulu.
4. Kemudian amek krim tadi dan buat satu lapisan. Susun biskut marie di atas lapisan cream tadi. Ulang proses sehingga menjadi tiga hingga empat lapisan.
5. Sehingga lapisan siap, ratakan bahagian atas cream dan hiaskan dengan koko tadi(caranya, amek penapis teh, letak koko powder ke dalamnya, dan ayak sikit2. Untuk love Tiramisu, saya blend biskut marrie dan taburkan untuk membentuk love.
6. Kemudian apabila selesai, masukkan ke dalam freezer dan bekukan ia.

Tryla, senang dan mudah. Siap dalam setengah jam sahaja. Selamat mencuba !!!!

Cheese Choc Steamed Brownies


Today I want to share with all.........my cheese choc steamed brownies. Got the recipe last year when my family visited long lost relatives(kind of, lama tak lawat nenek sedara ni)during last hari raya. The daughter, aunty ngah, make this really nice cheese cake taste like secret recipe cake. Alhamdulillah, without asking her how to do, she gave me the recipe. I failed at first attempt but keep in trying till got the right method(sebab salah tengok recipe, excited sangat...hehehe). After all, cooking is trying, don't be afraid to fail, keep trying especially in cooking. Simple recipe and easy to make.

The ingredients:

The brownies
500g Steamed brownies mix from D'Manis (bake with Yen, sek 13, shah alam)
Eggs(size b) 4
water 200g
butter(melt in the microwave) 75g
The cheese
Philadelphia cream cheese 500g
Granulated sugar 120g
Egg(size b) 4


1)mix all the brownies ingredients
(usually, I will beat the eggs first a few minutes. Then add in the brownies. Lastly, add the water and the butter until it mix well)

2)then, divide it into two. Steamed the first half for 15 minutes.


3)For the cheese, mix all the ingredients
(usually, I will mix the cheese with sugar. Then add in eggs until it look fluffy.)




4)after 15 minutes, when the brownies is cooks, pour the cheese on top of the brownies. Steam again for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take the other half of the brownies and steam it for about 20 minutes. It will take about approximately 50 minutes of your time. This method of cooking called layer by layer cooking.

Tips, after the cake is cool, put it inside the fridge before serve. And it will taste better if you keep it longer. Maybe because it cheese, lagi lama lagi kaw.......hehehe....happy trying (^_____^)

Last Sunday I make an Egg Benedict.....the recipe I found from Yummylicious a recipes blogs...but I kind of change the recipe a bit.

I chose to make this because its simple, easy to make and all the ingredients were available in the house.

Ingredients:
Bread
egg (1 egg per bread)
salt
butter
pepper
cheese



The ingredients

How to do:
-butter the muffin pan or small pan
-butter the bread then put the bread inside the pan....you have to adjust it to make it look like a cup
-put a little bit of salt and pepper
-then, add the egg....carefully coz you didn't want to spill the white egg
-sprinkle the pepper and the cheese on the top
-bake about 10-20 minutes and 180 celcius......bake as you like....(half cook egg or cook)



Tadaa
(nampak crankykan.....tak pandai lagi on the presentation lor ;p )

Easy rite....my mom said bley tahan....sedap dimakan panas2....happy cooking (^_^)

As requested by a sister....here goes the recipe for Konyyaku jelly...
This jelly is the first jelly that I make by myself...without mom help.....my mom taught me for few times until I confident to do by myself...

Lagipun ada instructions at the back of the packet...hehehe

Firtsly, you need to buy the jelly from supermarket...I usually buy in Giant


and fruit mix in the tin.

How to do:

- Toss the fruits and put aside the fruit water.
- then arrange the fruits inside a small and cute mould....kat kedai bakery ley dpt
bekas2 comelzzz

Now the Jelly:
- see the instructions at the back, when it comes to measure the water, take the
fruit's water and add water to make it 950 ml. (air buah tadi + air biasa = 950ml)
- then cook the water, when you see smalls bubble, add the ingredients (sugar+jelly)
and stir it until it well mix and let it boil for a while.
- when cook, put inside the mould and let it cool before put it inside the fridge.

TRIFFLE for you.....

Bismillahirrahmaanrirrahiim....

Last Friday, my office did a small farewell gathering for our three trainees who have been with us for about 4 and the half months.

This time we did not do potluck instead we order for the main dishes. However 'kakak' asked me to do jelly or whatever desert that I can make.

At first, I wanted to do only kunnyaku jelly. But, I ate triffle made by Kak khansa' before. It taste very nice and also it seems so easy to make (I thought).

So, YM kak khansa to get the recipe (^_^)

The ingredients are :

A) Nona's Crystal Jelly
How to make? see the instructions at the back of the box (^_^)

B) Frozen buttercup cake
Just cut and arrange it in the bowl

C) Custard (the though one, thought it was simple)
1 spoon of custard
1 egg yolk
1/2 tin of ideal evaporated milk (kena adjust nanti, ikut rasa and kepekatan)
1 small box of fresh milk
sugar (secukup manis, jgn manis sangat sebab buah and cake dah manis)
Put all the ingredients on the stove and keep stirring until it cook. it will
become thick. But, if you like it not so thick, add a little bit of water. You
must make this last, after your arrange the jelly and the cake.

D) Peaches or any fruits you like.

Get a bowl, arrange A at bottom of the bowl(sometimse people put B first). Then, the cake(jelly, if you put the cake first). Then put the custard.when the custard is cool, arrange the peaches on top of it.



Borrow the pic from the internet. Mine is something look like above(forgot to take pic) only with the peaches on top of the custard.

A triffle is fun to do and it depends on how you decorate your triffle. Only, it took some of your time when you make the custard. Sometimes people make it with the swiss roll cake, put whipping cream. It depends on your taste actually.

Make a trifle now, maybe yours is much more delicious than mine. Ask the officemate, how is it, they said : bley tahanla. Hehehehe, my first attempt at making triffle.

weekends....hope it never end.....

What I did last weekend....

On saturday, I went to tart class...hehehe....

mak yang suh belajar sangat cara buat cheese tart and saya plak teringin nak belajar buat tart telur. Mak kata, kalau tengok sendiri and cuba camne buat tart lagi elok dari tengok resepi dalam internet atau buku. Kalau tengok live, kita bley tengok teknik2 and amek tips2 yang diberikan. Ikut cakap mak.....insyaALLAH berkat

Class ini diadakan di bread story dekat SACC. Fee dia cuma only rm80. Ini cuma demo jer. Tapi chef tue bagila try buat during the class. Rupa2nya, takdela susah sangat. Tapi lom try lagi, takde masa. Dah try bley letak gambar kat sini. Lagipun, I thought nak buat jual sikit2. Kalau nak tempah kawan2 cari saya ek, nak resepi pun bley gak (^_^)

Then, after the class, met my two UiTM best friends. Miss them soooo much. Rasa lama tak jumpa, padahal baru dua bulan tak jumpa. Pastu kitorg makan2 steamboat and jalan2 jap....Nie belum kawen, kalau dah kawen mesti lagi rindu. Saya berdoa semoga persahabtan kita tidak akan putus kerana ukhuwwah itu indah.....

Then, malam tu duk umah and siapkan Sumayyah punyer bunga penanggah.

On Sunday...

Ada janji ngan Sumayyah nak temankan dia g settlekan wedding things before the big day on this Sunday. Nie last kuar ngan Sumayyah before di bawa pergi oleh bakal suami dia. Lagipun....nak juga amek tips cari barang untuk kawen nanti....hehehe

Rupa2nya Sumayyah nak g buat facial......biasala sebelum kawen mesti kita nak nampak segar dan berseri depan suami nanti kan. Sumay ajak buat skali, tapi takpela....hehehe. Siapkan Sumay nyer roselle sambil tunggu dia buat facial. Lama gak buat facial ni, dalam dua jam juga la.

Sebenarnya nak test buat piping atas cupcake yang saya belajar with my new office mate, Syaz pada hari rabu yang lepas.
